List of Grace Funds

Christian Education
This fund is designated for the purchase of curriculum, learning resources, and supplies. It includes but is not exclusive to: Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Confirmation Class, 1st Holy Communion Class, Acolyte training, Pre-Marital, Baptism, Adult Bible and Lenten Studies. 

The Messenger
All donations received for The Messenger, is for the exclusive use of the preparation and distribution of Grace's newsletter. These contributions help pay for paper, ink toner and postage.

Altar Supplies/Candles
This fund is designated for the purchase of altar communion supplies (cups, wine, and bread) and the Pascal or Christ Candle, Altar Candles, Advent Candles, Unity Candles, Baptismal Candles, Christmas candlelight service supplies. These funds may also be used toward the dry-cleaning expense of the Altar and Pulpit Linens, Funeral Pall, American and Lutheran Flags, and Pastor, Acolyte and Choir Robes. 

Building Fund
This fund is designated for the maintenance and improvements of Grace's building, out-buildings, and grounds. 

Organ Fund
This fund is designated for the repairs/maintenance or replacement of Grace's musical instruments and the purchase of any such sheet music. It includes, but is not exclusive to: Organ, Piano, and Chimes. 

Tree of Life
This fund is designated for the purchase of new altar linens and sanctuary items as necessitated. 

Memorial Fund

Donations to this fund are made in memory of a "loved one" who has passed. The use of these funds are 'presented to' and 'voted on' by the congregation.

Flower Fund
This fund accepts donations for the placement of fresh floral arrangements in Grace's sanctuary for Sunday Worship. Typically they are donated in memory or honor of a "loved one" or to commemorate a specific event such as Baptism, 1st Holy Communion or Confirmation.


At Christmas, Palm Sunday and Easter, a special request form is available to donate funds toward the purchase of seasonal plants to enhance Grace's sanctuary on these holy days. As always, after the Worship Service, the donor is welcome to take their arrangements or plants.


General Fund
This fund accepts donations toward the monthly expenses and operation of Grace Lutheran Church.
